Registered Nurse Director - Surgical Services

Registered Nurse Director candidates for the Surgical Services opportunity will have the following job responsibilities:
- The Director of Surgical Services ensures high quality patient-centered care through oversight of the overall function and staffing of the unit(s)/department(s) in addition to forecasting planning and budget monitoring.
- The Director fosters a culture of accountability and collaboration and supports the development and implementation of strategies policies and procedures in support of facility objectives.

Registered Nurse Director candidates for the Surgical Services opportunity must meet the following minimum job qualifications:
- MUST HAVE MIN 3 YRS OF DIR SS EXPERIENCE IN ACUTE CARE
- Minimum education of BSN
- Must have BLS and ACLS certifications
- Must have a minimum of 5-7 years of RN leadership experience
