The Technical Solutions Engineer will serve as the bridge between U.S. enterprise customers and global engineering/R&D teams focusing on AI LLM integration cloud products and technical customer success. This is a highinfluence role designed for someone who thrives in both deep technical discussions and customerfacing engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong working relationships with customer engineering data science and AI teams
- Deeply understand customer LLM use cases architectures and enterprise AI deployment needs
- Translate customer requirements into clear actionable technical specifications for global R&D and product teams
- Deliver remote or onsite technical support for AI/LLM and cloud platform deployments
- Support solution design architecture planning POCs and early deployment troubleshooting
- Collaborate across time zones with global engineering product and business teams
Requirements
Location
- Based in California United States (U.S. West Coast ideal for global timezone alignment)
Technical Expertise
- 12 years in IT cloud computing enterprise technology or related engineering fields
- Strong understanding of:
- Cloud infrastructure & architecture
- AI/LLM platforms and integration workflows
- Hands-on experience or familiarity with Gemini Grok DeepSeek Claude or similar cuttingedge AI systems
- Demonstrated capability to troubleshoot technical issues and deliver hands-on support
Professional Skills
- Experience in BD PreSales Engineering Customer Success or Solutions Architecture
- Strong customer communication and ability to simplify complex technical concepts
