Permanent Progeny HR Solutions LLC is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Registered Nurse / APRN Director - Case Management to join our team at our location in Panama City FL. This is a full-time permanent position that offers competitive salary and benefits. As the Registered Nurse / APRN Director - Case Management you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the case management department. You will work closely with a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient utilization of resources. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement policies and procedures for the case management department - Lead and supervise a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals in the case management department - Monitor and evaluate the performance of the case management team and provide feedback and support as needed - Collaborate with other departments and healthcare providers to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care - Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality improvement initiatives - Develop and maintain relationships with community resources and external agencies to support patient care and discharge planning - Provide education and training to staff on case management best practices and updates in healthcare policies and regulations - Oversee the budget and resource allocation for the case management department - Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes to improve the overall quality and efficiency of the department Qualifications: - Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license in the state of Florida - Minimum of 5 years of experience in case management with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role - Strong knowledge of healthcare policies regulations and best practices related to case management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team - Strong leadership and decision-making skills - Ability to analyze data and make evidence-based decisions - Proficiency in electronic medical records and other healthcare software - Bachelors or Masters degree in Nursing or a related field preferred At Progeny HR Solutions LLC we are committed to providing our patients with the highest quality of care.
