Job Summary

Permanent Progeny HR Solutions LLC is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in Panama City FL. As a Registered Nurse in our Medical/Surgical unit you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the overall success of our facility. Responsibilities: - Assess and monitor patients conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians - Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans - Educate patients and their families on disease processes treatments and self-care techniques - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records - Monitor and maintain medical equipment and supplies - Assist with diagnostic procedures and surgeries as needed - Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families - Adhere to all hospital policies procedures and regulations - Continuously participate in professional development and training opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge Requirements: - Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Florida - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a medical/surgical setting - BLS and ACLS certifications - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively - Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays We offer a competitive salary and benefits package including health dental and vision insurance paid time off and retirement plans.
