Responsibilities

• Lead Agile product teams within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment.

• Provide technical leadership to ensure alignment with client needs program goals and delivery timelines.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups sprint planning reviews retrospectives and PI events.

• Track and report Agile metrics including velocity burn-downs and delivery performance.

• Identify manage and remove team impediments and blockers to support continuous delivery.

• Support release planning system design and system implementation activities.

• Ensure team performance and accountability for delivery of documented deliverables.

• Create meeting agendas and track action items to closure.

• Facilitate clear communication across teams and provide regular updates to leadership product owners and stakeholders.

• Prepare and present status briefings on product and delivery progress.

• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across multiple organizations.

• Assist program and quality leadership with the creation of contract and program deliverable documentation.

Qualifications

Required

• Scrum Master Certification (CSM PSM or equivalent).

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.

• 3 years of experience managing projects with multiple competing priorities.

• 3 years of experience managing IT projects using Agile Scrum or Kanban methodologies.

• 5 years of experience in software development software engineering or IT systems/network architecture supporting enterprise solutions.

• Strong ability to work with technically and geographically diverse teams.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proven ability to collaborate in cross-functional team environments while meeting aggressive timelines and quality standards.

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience with 5 years of related professional experience.

Desired

• Experience working in a SAFe environment.

• Background in systems analysis.

• Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) practices.

• Familiarity with network and IT monitoring concepts.

• Experience using or supporting tools such as ServiceNow Splunk or Tableau.

• ITIL v4 Certification.
