At Performing Arts Consultants we are passionate about supporting the vibrant world of performing arts through innovative solutions. We collaborate with artists theaters and cultural organizations to create meaningful experiences that inspire and engage audiences. As we grow were looking for a talented Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team and help us build cutting-edge digital tools that empower the performing arts community.
As our Full Stack Developer youll play a key role in designing developing and maintaining web applications that support our clients unique needs. Youll work closely with our creative and consulting teams to translate artistic visions into seamless digital experiences. Your work will directly impact how theaters performers and arts organizations connect with their audiences.
Your Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain responsive web applications with a focus on performance and usability
Collaborate with designers consultants and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver innovative solutions
Write clean efficient and well-documented code for both front-end and back-end components
Troubleshoot debug and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes
Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in web development and the performing arts sector
What Were Looking For:
Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role
Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML CSS JavaScript and modern frameworks (React Vue or Angular)
Solid experience with back-end development using Python Ruby or similar technologies
Experience with version control systems preferably Git
Ability to balance technical expertise with creative problem-solving
Passion for the arts and an understanding of the unique challenges faced by performing arts organizations is a plus
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
