Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Jonesbororealtycompany is a premier real estate company based in Jonesboro offering a wide range of services to clients in the area. We are currently seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team on a full-time permanent basis.
As an Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team of real estate professionals. Your main duties will include managing office tasks organizing and maintaining files and assisting with various administrative tasks as needed. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate team members
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for team members
- Prepare and edit documents including contracts and correspondence
- Assist with marketing efforts such as creating flyers or social media posts
- Coordinate and schedule property showings for clients
- Perform general office tasks such as ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment
- Provide support to other team members as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role preferably in a real estate or similar industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of real estate terminology and processes is a plus
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality
- Professional and courteous demeanor
