Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide information about our services and properties to potential clients
- Schedule appointments and showings for clients
- Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met and address any concerns or questions they may have
- Maintain accurate and organized client records
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and seamless customer experience
- Stay updated on industry trends and company policies to provide accurate information to clients
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Real estate knowledge is a plus but not required
