Were looking for a skilled Excel Expert to join our dynamic this role you will be a key player in managing analyzing and presenting data that drives important decisions for our clients and projects. Your mastery of Excel will help us streamline processes create insightful reports and deliver tailored solutions that support the vibrant performing arts community.
What Youll Do:
Develop advanced Excel models dashboards and tools to organize and analyze complex data sets.
Collaborate closely with consultants and project teams to understand their data needs and deliver actionable insights.
Automate repetitive tasks and improve data workflows for efficiency and accuracy.
Support financial modeling budgeting and forecasting related to performing arts projects and organizations.
Create clear user-friendly reports and visualizations that communicate findings effectively to diverse audiences.
What Were Looking For:
Proven expertise in Excel including advanced formulas pivot tables VBA/macros and data visualization.
Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret data and spot trends.
Experience working in consulting nonprofit or arts-related fields is a plus but not required.
Detail-oriented proactive and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
