Job Description

• Support venture capital fund formation and ongoing fund operations
• Maintain and manage fund formation checklists and closing materials
• Review and process investor subscription documents
• Coordinate and organize general partner main fund side fund and management company entities
• Distribute closing documents and prepare closing volumes
• Assist with federal and state securities filings
• Support transfers of fund interests including preparing transfer documentation and reviewing investor eligibility
• Work closely with attorneys and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely execution of fund matters

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in venture fund formation or investment funds
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong written verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• High attention to detail sound judgment and ability to manage multiple priorities
• BS or BA degree required
