Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Drilling and Completion Engineer to join our offshore team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning executing and optimizing drilling and completion operations on our offshore platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement drilling and completion programs for offshore wells.
Collaborate with drilling and production teams to ensure efficient and safe operations.
Analyze well data to optimize drilling and completion techniques.
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Manage and monitor drilling and completion costs.
Supervise and mentor junior engineers and field personnel.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in petroleum engineering or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in drilling and completion engineering preferably in an offshore setting
Strong knowledge of drilling and completion techniques including hydraulic fracturing and well intervention
Experience with drilling and completion software such as Well-View and Prosper
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
Offshore survival and emergency training certificates (such as HUET and BOSIET)
