Position role
DefHRS Change Lead - Leading the planning coordination and delivery of change activities across one of four product workstreams
Responsibilities
The role includes although is not limited to:
- Work with the Change Leads to instil empowerment role modelling and collaboration ensuring alignment with programme objectives and timelines.
- Oversee change delivery approach integrating agile principles with structured programme governance to manage iterative and waterfall components effectively.
- Champion the adopt not adapt principle for Oracle Fusion SaaS and ensure change activities support a user-focused whole-force solution.
- Own stakeholder engagement for change driving alignment on programme goals benefits and constraints and managing expectations around SaaS limitations.
- Collaborate with the Delivery Partner to ensure timelines quality standards and risk mitigations are achieved across change activities.
- Own change impact assessment and work proactively with the wider Change team to enable successful service adoption and behavioural transition.
- Provide military representation and lived experience input strengthening engagement with Front-Line Commands through effective liaison.
- Deliver progress updates and dynamic support to wider DefHRS change activities and leadership tasks in line with sprint priorities.
Accountability
Accountability for this role will depend on the rank of the successful candidate; it is likely to be one of the CS DefHRS Deputy Heads with the Second Reporting Officer being the DefHRS Programme Director.
