Youll be working in a first-opinion setting with a clear fair rota and realistic expectations. Days are structured cover is shared properly and downtime is protected especially after weekends.

Hours & Rota Breakdown (Clear and Transparent)

8:30am standard
8:00am on operating days

Finish time:
Between 5:30pm 6:30pm depending on rota

On-call:
No overnight on-call
Once per week on-call until 9:00pm
Later start of 1:00pm on those days

Working week:
4 days per week
One full day off each week (if not on a weekend rota)
Weekend Rota

1 full weekend in 5 shared across the team

Consults on Saturday & Sunday mornings

On-call until 5:00pm on duty weekends

Monday and Friday off the following week after a duty weekend
