The Role
Youll be joining a supportive well-organised practice where nurses are trusted valued and used properly. This is a hands-on role covering clinical nursing theatre inpatient care and nurse consults without being stretched thin.
The rota is fair predictable and shared evenly across the team.
Rota Breakdown (Clear & Sensible)

Saturday surgeries: 9:00am 3:00pm
Shared basis approximately 1 in 6 -
Nurse consult shift: 9:00am 12:00pm
Approximately 1 in 7 -
No on-call. No hidden extras. No nonsense.
