Our client is a leading engineering solutions provider specializing in the design fabrication installation and commissioning of beverage processing systems and sanitary piping infrastructure. They serve clients across the F&B dairy and brewery industries delivering turnkey engineering solutions with a focus on quality innovation and regulatory compliance.

Job Summary:
This is a full-time on-site role as an Automation Engineer at our location in Shah Alam. As an Automation Engineer your day-to-day tasks will involve troubleshooting process control electrical engineering PLC programming and SCADA/HMI programming. You will be responsible for designing programming and maintaining automated systems and equipment
to optimize production processes.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for design and execution of electrical instrumentation and programming work.
Develop PLC program and HMI graphics as per project requirements.
Conduct internal hardware & software integrated testing and Factory Acceptance Test.
Conduct testing & commissioning and Site Acceptance Test at customers site.
Liaise with stakeholder contractors and vendors.
Site troubleshooting for electrical wiring or/and program.
Undertake any other tasks assigned by Manager. Skills and Knowledge
Experienced in IEC 61131-3 standard PLC programming mainly Ladder Logic FBD and Structured Text.
Experienced with PLC Drive systems and HMI programming.
Experience with Siemens PLC will be an added advantage.
Possess electrical drawing knowledge.
Competent in process control process automation through PLC and SCADA/HMI programming.

Qualification & Experience:

Minimum Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification
Minimum 2 years with relevant working experience.
Willing to travel outstation/overseas if required.
Able to work with minimum supervision
