The Role
We are looking for a high-performing Corporate Sales Manager to lead our B2B growth strategy. You will be responsible for securing long-term partnerships with multinational corporations high-end travel agencies and relocation firms. Your goal is to position Locanda Homes as the primary choice for executive housing luxury corporate retreats and premium business stays.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify and secure new corporate accounts targeting companies diplomatic missions and luxury lifestyle management firms.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers travel managers and executive assistants.
- Strategic Negotiations: Lead the negotiation of high-value corporate contracts ensuring favorable terms that drive occupancy and maximize Average Daily Rate (ADR).
- Revenue Strategy: Collaborate with the revenue management team to design bespoke corporate packages and tiered membership programs for frequent corporate travelers.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor hospitality trends and competitor pricing to ensure Locanda Homes remains the market leader in the $10B lifestyle and service sector.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Digital Concierge and Mobile Engineering teams to ensure corporate client requirements are reflected in our apps personalized discovery features.
Candidate Profile
- Experience: 5 years of experience in Corporate Sales or Business Development within the luxury hospitality real-estate or premium travel sectors.
- Network: An existing portfolio of corporate contacts and high-net-worth (HNW) relationships.
- Sales Prowess: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding ambitious sales targets and managing multi-million dollar contracts.
- Strategic Mindset: Understanding of how to leverage Unified Commerce ecosystems to cross-sell hospitality and lifestyle services.
- Communication: Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills with the ability to represent a high-end prestigious brand.
