Product Energy Efficiency Specialist
The role will:
- Drive the end-to-end lifecycle of Energy Efficiency solutions from ideation to launch and optimization focusing on customer needs and value creation.
- Analyze customer insights market trends and competitor offerings to identify new product opportunities and shape innovative B2C and B2B propositions.
- Define and evolve product positioning key benefits pricing and bundles in collaboration with Marketing Sales and Operations.
- Lead go-to-market strategies ensuring compelling positioning smooth launches and effective commercial execution across channels.
- Translate business and customer requirements into actionable product specifications working closely with technical and operational teams.
- Monitor post-launch product performance including adoption engagement and customer feedback driving continuous improvement.
- Lead internal alignment on Energy Efficiency products ensuring stakeholders share the product vision and priorities.
Requirements
- At least five (5) years of end-to-end experience in product marketing or commercial roles ideally within energy technology digital services or consumer-facing solutions.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Engineering Technology or a related field; a Masters degree is a plus.
- Proven track record in designing and launching products or services with strong focus on customer-centricity and go-to-market execution.
- Strong interest in technology smart energy solutions IoT or digital innovation with a tech-savvy mindset (deep technical skills not required).
- Ability to translate customer needs and technical concepts into clear product propositions with measurable commercial value.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented approach.
- Excellent written verbal and presentation skills in Greek and English.
