Ohels Trauma Team is seeking a reliable organized and compassionate Administrative Assistant to support its clinical and trauma-response services. This role is essential to the smooth operation of the team and contributes directly to making a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and families during times of crisis.
Responsibilities include:
- Track workflow case assignments and follow up
- Enter and compile data review and manage data run data reports and represent data trends via text and images
- Organize program data to support grant reporting and program evaluation
- Oversee invoices payments and reimbursements
- Assist in webinar planning and logistics follow up and evaluation
- Collaborate with graphic designer to create content for programs and newsletters
- Support in planning and organizing retreats and special events
- Research and conduct outreach for agency webinars and events
- Work collaboratively with agency staff and programs
The ideal candidate has strong organizational and communication skills excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required and prior administrative experience is preferred. Candidate must have the ability to work professionally and sensitively in a trauma-informed environment. This position is part time (18 hours) and is located in Brooklyn and offers a flexible schedule.
