This position is sign-on bonus eligible and qualifies for a $15000 signon bonus provided the candidate meets eligibility requirements! This position is also eligible for a relocation bonus if current residency is outside of the designated distance to facility. Where You Will Work:
Unit A is a 45-bed unit providing comprehensive care for adult patients with diverse medical and surgical needs including those requiring continuous cardiac monitoring. Our team fosters a collaborative supportive culture focused on patient safety evidence-based practice and compassionate care. Were Looking For:
Less than one year of RN experience
Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
What Youll Do:
As a skilled and compassionate RN you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe therapeutic care in accordance with established standards policies and procedures.
Using evidence-based practice clinical decision making compassion and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
