| Job Description: | The postdoctoral researcher will contribute to an interdisciplinary project focused on developing and validating physiologically based pharmacokinetic (PBPK) and modelbased metaanalysis (MBMA) frameworks in maternal-fetal pharmacology. The applicant will conduct systematic data review and extraction from clinical and physiological literature curate databases for PBPK model development and implement mechanistic maternalfetal PBPK models. The candidate will perform model development qualification and simulation studies. They will integrate doseexposureresponse modeling by linking PBPK outputs with MBMA-derived pharmacodynamic relationships. The postdoctoral researcher will prepare scientific reports and manuscripts present findings at internal meetings and collaborate closely with the PI co-investigators and external consultants. |
