Job Description
Our client a well-established and growing financial services group in St. Johns NL is seeking a dedicated and detail-orientedClient Service Representative.
In this permanent role you will act as the primary point of contact for group benefits clients supporting all related service activities and helping to build strong long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities for the Job:
- Respond to inbound client inquiries via phone email and chat in a professional and timely manner
- Manage and update client accounts
- Assist clients with product information service issues and account changes
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions
- Support project management initiatives by coordinating tasks and tracking progress
- Contribute to the development of customer service strategies that improve satisfaction and retention
Experience & Attributes for Success:
- LLQP is mandatory; or a willingness to be completed with 6-12 months
- GBA or CEBS designation is preferred but not required
- Experience with insurance company platforms such as Manulife Blue Cross Canada Life and Sun Life
- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain complex information
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and providing actionable insights
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
