Tomlinson Infrastructure is currently seeking an Operations Manager to join the team. The Operations Manager will oversee Superintendents Foremen crews and administrative staff for the construction of integrated infrastructure projects (piling and shoring structures sewers watermains excavation grading roads and asphalt). A key responsibility of the Operations Manager is to grow and develop the technical and leadership skills of the field operations. Responsible for maintaining industry expertise knowledge innovation and organization across all projects the Operations Manager works closely with Construction Managers to balance project requirements available resources and budgetary responsibility.

The expected range for this position is $120000-$160000. Placement within the range is dependant on a variety of factors including qualifications and experience.
