OUR INVESTMENT IN YOU

Pay Range: $17.10-19.64

Schedule: Part-time; weekend availability required with occasional weekday shifts. Approximately 22 hours a week

WHAT YOULL OWN

Customer Service & Dining Experience

• Transform each dining interaction into a warm polished and memorable moment. Youll welcome residents and guests with genuine hospitality creating an inviting first impression that sets the tone for their entire experience.
• Guide guests to their tables with confidence and carebalancing seating flow honoring preferences and ensuring every transition feels effortless. Support the dining room by keeping service areas beautifully organized tables refreshed and the environment consistently clean and welcoming.
• From running beverages to assisting with light bussing and carryout orders you help maintain the rhythm of service and contribute to a seamless highâquality dining experience.

Administrative & FrontâofâHouse Coordination

• Be the calm collected hub of communication at the host stand. Youll manage reservations walkâins and waitlists with accuracy and warmth ensuring every guest feels seen and supported.
• Maintain a thoughtfully organized host stationmenus seating charts notes and systems all flowing together to elevate efficiency. Your clear proactive communication with servers kitchen staff and leadership helps keep operations running smoothly.
• Youll also capture and share resident feedback helping the team continuously improve the dining experience.

Safety Compliance & Team Support

• Support a safe polished and compliant dining environment. Youll uphold sanitation confidentiality and safety standards contributing to a space residents can trust.
• Whether stepping in during busy periods or helping execute special events youre an essential team playerflexible reliable and committed to creating a cohesive hospitality-centered atmosphere.

Experience

• Prior host or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Weekend holiday and occasional weekday availability required.
