Job Responsibilities:
- Machine Operators are responsible for completing their job duties in a safe and timely manner both for themselves and their co-workers while using proper PPE and a Safety-First attitude.
- Incumbent is responsible for producing a quality product meeting all specifications of the Work Order ensuring customer satisfaction adhering to our Right the First time Quality Policy.
- Associate is required to input information into the Machine Center computer and verify for accuracy.
- Production Associate will be expected to complete job task within specified time period. This would include setups changeovers reel changes and material relocation.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Previous manufacturing experience strongly preferred
Able to read write and understand English
Proficient in basic math and computer knowledge
Strong team player
