Key Responsibilities
Digital Transformation Leadership
- Lead the planning and execution of digital initiatives to modernize operational workflows and enhance customer and employee experience.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and implement automation opportunities ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Champion change management and user adoption strategies for new technologies.
System optimization and governance
- Oversee the performance and continuous improvement of core operational systems (e.g. CAS Alfresco Synergy AIS etc.).
- Collaborate with IT and external vendors to prioritize and implement system enhancements ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Establish and maintain governance frameworks for incident management and change controls for NBUW department.
Performance Management and Insights
- Design and manage performance monitoring frameworks to track user productivity process efficiency and operational KPIs.
- Lead the development of dashboards and analytical reports to support data-driven decision-making across teams.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership to improve operational effectiveness.
Operational Resilience
- Develop and maintain quality control and assurance frameworks to ensure accuracy and consistency in underwriting and new business processes.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify gaps and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure robust controls are in place to support business continuity data privacy and regulatory compliance.
- Lead incident response and root cause analysis for system-related disruptions.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen operational resilience.
