Job Summary

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage online transactions and financial documentation for FDR Financial Group.
  • Assist clients with inquiries and provide online support as needed.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in using online platforms and tools for financial transactions.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in online clerical work.

Desired Experience:

  • Experience in the financial services industry is preferred.
  • experience in customer service roles is an asset.
  • Knowledge of online security protocols and data protection measures.
