Are you organized friendly and thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment Were looking for a detail-oriented Clinical Center Associate to keep our Rehabilitation Center running this role youll be the welcoming face and steady hand behind the scenesanswering calls assisting patients and visitors managing clinic schedules and accurately recording physician orders. Youll help guide patients through their visits handle co-pay collections with care and professionalism and collaborate closely with a supportive care team. Working in a confidential supervised setting youll play a vital role in ensuring exceptional service seamless operations and a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors. We offer a starting pay of $24.39 per hour based on your experience along with a comprehensive and highly competitive benefits package

Qualifications:

Required Education and Experience

1. Medical Office Assistant Associates degree; or
2. Associates degree and the equivalent of one (1) year of full-time administrative support experience in a clinical setting requiring the use of medical terminology; or
3. High School diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma completion of an Roswell Park-approved Medical Assistant certificate program and the equivalent of one (1) year of full-time administrative support experience in a clinical setting requiring the use of medical terminology; or
4. High School diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma and the equivalent of two (2) years of full-time administrative support experience in a clinical setting requiring the use of medical terminology; or
5. High School diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma and the equivalent of one (1) year of full-time experience in customer service and successful completion of a Clinical Center Associate traineeship at Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center (Roswell Park).


NOTE:
Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in an outpatient setting with demonstrated proficiency in scheduling appointments and performing insurance verification. Strong written and oral communication skills are essential as this role requires clear professional interactions with patients visitors and members of the healthcare team.
