Job Summary
Position: Escrow Support Processor
Full-Time: 40 Hours
Location: Irvine CA
Contract: 2/9/2025 5/8/2026
Schedule: Monday Friday; Ability to Pacific hours - 6:00 AM to 5:30 PM (PST).
Pay Range: $20.00 hourly paid weekly. Opportunity for OT required depending on business need and/or risk.
Potential temp to perm depending on candidates performance and business needs.
Schedule hours TBD subject to change depending on the business needs.
Position Summary:
- Provides centralized clerical processing of all documents connected with the initiation or closing of residential escrows relieving branches of high-volume paperwork.
- Communicates information and instructions to escrow branches and occasionally customers.
- Receipt in Lender/Buyer Funds work closely with Escrow to provide in office support fulfilling prior to doc conditions manage HOA demands and process remediation and escrow support functions on a national level.
- This is a high volume production role consisting of 6.5 hours daily processing. Tasks are repetitive and not customer facing.
- Manager will meet with worker on a monthly basis to review production numbers and train on new tasks.
- Candidate starts with 2 assigned process/tasks eventually building up to 17 processes once they have mastered previous tasks.
Required Skills:
- 1-2 years escrow processing experience.
- Prior escrow/industry experience nice to have.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Competent with Microsoft Office experience.
- Time management skills.
- Leadership and team player skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Working Conditions:
- May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels such as from office equipment.
- The ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Use of computers and technology.
