Your Strengths:

Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively lead and motivate teams.

Demonstrated knowledge of trimming/drying and other postharvest tasks.

Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Ability to adapt to changing conditions and solve problems.

Passionate about the cannabis industry and the plant itself.
