Das sind Ihre Aufgaben bei uns:

• Entwicklung eines soliden Verständnisses der Geschäftsprozesse von Airbus Helicopter im Bereich Exportkontrolle idealerweise des End-to-End-Prozesses.

• Verständnis der wichtigsten Erfolgsfaktoren und -kennzahlen des Unternehmens sowie der kurz- und langfristigen Ausrichtung des Unternehmens und der damit verbundenen ERP-Technologien (SAP ECC6 SAP S/4 Hana und SAP GTS).

• Analyse und Verständnis der geschäftlichen Anforderungen an die Exportkontrolle und Umsetzung der geschäftlichen Anforderungen in IT-Anforderungen und -Lösungen.

• Verantwortung für den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus von der Konzeption über das Design und die Industrialisierung bis hin zum Betrieb und zur Außerbetriebnahme.

• Sicherstellung der Bereitstellung der IT-Lösung gemäß den festgelegten und validierten Anforderungen (Make or Buy).

• Leitung der oben aufgeführten IT-Aktivitäten hauptsächlich bei der Implementierung von Exportkontrollfunktionen in SAP S/4 SAP ECC6 für Legacy-Systeme und SAP GTS in Verbindung mit S/4 Hana Core.

• Sicherstellung der Teilnahme am NewERP-Transformationsprogramm von Airbus Helicopters als IM-Leiter für SAP-Exportkontrollimplementierungen.

Folgende Qualifikationen/ Fähigkeiten bringen Sie mit:

• Bachelorstudium in Informationstechnologie Informationsmanagement oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung mit SAP S/4 Hana SAP ECC6 Legacy und SAP GTS sowie SAP Fiori in Funktionen im Bereich Exportkontrolle.

• Erfahrung im Aktivitätsmanagement und in der Nachverfolgung (vorzugsweise mit Kenntnissen agiler Methoden)

• Flüssiges Englisch (in Wort und Schrift) ist zwingend erforderlich.

• Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in Französisch und/oder Deutsch wären von Vorteil.

• Wir suchen einen Kandidaten der selbstständig flexibel und neugierig ist über gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten verfügt unternehmerisch und kundenorientiert denkt und über fundierte und umfassende Kenntnisse im Bereich SAP-Implementierungen verfügt.

• Der Kandidat sollte in jedem Fall teamfähig teamorientiert und serviceorientiert sein.

At our Donauwörth site located on the banks of the river Danube we develop helicopters from the initial idea to the airworthy product. Watch them take off and touch down on our own on-site test airfield.

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Developing a solid understanding on Airbus Helicopter business processes in the domain of Export Control ideally the end-to-end process.

• Understanding the key drivers and measures of success for the business and the short- and long-term direction of the business and related ERP technologies (SAP ECC6 SAP S/4 Hana and SAP GTS).

• Analysing and understanding business requirements on Export Control and translating the business needs into IT requirements and solutions.

• Accountable for the end to end product lifecycle from conception design industrialization operation and retirement.

• Ensure the IT solution delivery according to the requirements specified and validated (make or buy).

• Managing the IT activities as listed abovemainly while implementing Export Control functionality into SAP S/4 mainly SAP ECC6 for legacy and SAP GTS connected with S/4 Hana Core.

• Ensuring participationbeing involved in the Airbus Helicopters NewERP transformation program as IM Leader for SAP Export Control implementations.

Desired skills and qualifications

• Bachelors degree in information technologies information management or an euqivalent field of study.

• Several years of experience with SAP S/4 Hana SAP ECC6 legacy and SAP GTS as well as SAP Fiorion Export Control related functions.

• Experienced in activity management and follow-up (preferably with an understanding of agile methodologies)

• Fluent in English (reading writing and speaking) is mandatory.

• Advanced level in French and/or German language would be helpful.

• We are looking for a candidate who is autonomous flexible curious with good communication skills entrepreneurial and customer oriented with a deep andwide knowledge on SAP implementations.

• The candidate shallbe in all cases a team playerteam oriented and service minded.
