The Opportunity

MinRes are seeking experienced Production Mining Operators to become part of our dynamic team on a 2/1 FIFO roster. With permanent full-time positions available at our owner-operated iron ore and lithium sites in the Goldfields and Pilbara and Client projects youll play an integral role in close-knit teams where safety and camaraderie are paramount.

Mining Positions Available:

Dump Truck Operator
Grader Operator
Dozer Operator
Loader Operator
Excavator Operator
All Rounder Operator

What is required

A proven commitment to safety in every aspect of your work.
A current Australian C-Class Drivers Licence.
Minimum 12 months Production Mining experience.
- 785 Dump Trucks or larger (Electric Dump Truck experience advantageous
- 16M 18M Grader or larger
- D10 / D11 Dozer
- 992 Loader or larger
- Hitachi 3600 Excavator or equivalent (Liebherr experience advantageous)
A valid National Police Clearance (within the last 12 months) or willingness to obtain one.
Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screening.
Unrestricted Australian work rights.
