Were a small family-run well-drilling and water systems company serving residential and agricultural customers throughout Lancaster County and surrounding areas. Our work includes drilling water and geothermal wells and installing and servicing well-pressure systems all within a laid-back team-focused environment with strong employee retention.

What Youll Do as a Well Driller/Operator:

Operate company trucks and drilling equipment requiring a valid CDL Class B license.
Set up level & secure drilling equipment at each job site.
Drill boreholes monitor progress and adjust operations as conditions change.
Install casings screens seals and related well components.
Inspect maintain & troubleshoot drilling equipment as needed.
Follow safety procedures and industry standards on every job.
Keep basic job records and communicate clearly with the crew and customers.
Travel to job sites within 100 miles of the shop and keep equipment organized.

Our Ideal Well Driller/Operator:

Experienced: 3 years of experience operating water well-drilling equipment a valid CDL Class B license strong mechanical aptitude troubleshooting ability and knowledge of drilling techniques and safety regulations; experience with geothermal drilling and stick welding is preferred.
Dependable: Shows up consistently follows through on responsibilities and can be counted on in the field.
Integrity-driven: Makes honest necessary repairs and takes pride in doing the job the right way.
Team-oriented: Communicates clearly works alongside others and contributes to a cooperative job site.
Professional: Interacts respectfully with customers and teammates and represents the company professionally on-site.
Organized & Detailed: Keeps equipment and work areas clean pays attention to details and notices issues before they become problems.
Active: Able to lift 75 lbs. bend kneel stand for long periods and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

What We Offer Our Well Driller/Operator:

Full-time hours typically 45-50 per week Monday-Friday starting at 6:00 a.m.
$30-$33/hour DOE
