We are seeking a Technical Assistant to join our dedicated team. This is a fantastic opportunity to support our global operations and develop their career within an international company.

Your Role

As a Technical Assistant you will provide hands-on technical and service support to both internal teams and our global agent network. You will gain exposure to a range of projects and develop practical skills in service operations technical documentation and stakeholder management.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Technical support: Provide expert advice and assistance to our worldwide agent network

  • Service management: Handle service inquiries including quoting pricing and selling within SAP

  • Field coordination: Coordinate service engineer schedules to ensure efficient operations

  • Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation such as installation guides training materials and reports

  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with Technical Product Development Service Production and Sales teams

  • Stakeholder engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers agents and service engineers

What Will Help You Succeed

  • Education: Degree in Engineering or a related technical field is advantageous

  • Technical knowledge: Solid understanding of engineering principles; basic knowledge of electrical systems is an advantage

  • Software skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with AutoCAD and SAP is desirable

  • Time management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively

  • Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with global teams and stakeholders
