Job Summary
A friendly and forward-thinking secondary school in Preston is seeking a motivated French ECT to join its Modern Foreign Languages department from January 2026.
Languages are well-supported at the school with a clear focus on building confidence in speaking listening reading and writing.
The Role
You will teach French across KS3 and KS4 supported by shared resources and experienced colleagues.
Key aspects include:
Delivering engaging language lessons with a strong emphasis on oracy
Supporting GCSE preparation and exam skills
Using structured routines to support classroom confidence
Working closely with your mentor and MFL team
Contributing to cultural enrichment where appropriate
