Your Role
As an AR Accounting Trainee you will support our Accounts Receivable team in day-to-day financial operations. Youll gain practical experience learn from experienced professionals and develop skills that are essential for a future career in finance.
Your responsibilities will include:
Bank statement processing: Booking and matching bank statements with sales invoices
Reconciliation: Supporting AR reconciliation and clearing activities
Customer management: Assisting with AR customer creation and maintaining accurate records
Invoice monitoring: Tracking overdue invoices and supporting follow-up actions
Credit notes: Creating credit notes as needed
Intercompany invoicing: Managing intercompany (IC) invoicing and preparing IC summaries
Reporting: Supporting the preparation of reports for the statistical center
What Will Help You Succeed
Education: Ongoing studies in Finance Accounting or a related field
Skills: Strong attention to detail good organizational skills and clear communication
Mindset: A positive proactive attitude and eagerness to learn in a multicultural environment
Systems: Familiarity with accounting systems is an advantage but not required
