Systems Integration Consultant

Nature and aim of the position

As a Systems Integration Consultant you will enable goFLUENT to scale by connecting systems and ensuring data integrity between the goFLUENT platform and our clients systems. You will work closely with international clients and partners across multiple regions acting as a trusted technical advisor throughout the integration lifecycle.

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Act as a primary technical point of contact for clients and partners during integration projects.

• Lead technical discussions with client and partner teams to understand business requirements existing system landscapes and integration constraints.

• Translate technical specifications into clear user stories and acceptance criteria for internal development teams.

• Collaborate closely with internal QA and engineering teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical implementation.

• Explain integration concepts limitations and solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in system or application integration preferably in a client-facing or consulting context.

• Strong working knowledge of REST APIs and authentication methods such as SAML and OAuth.

• Proven ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.

• Proficiency in English at C1 level or higher with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working directly with external clients or partners in a technical consulting solution engineering or integration role.

• Experience writing user stories preparing test scenarios and performing basic coding.

• Experience integrating with ATS LMS or LXP platforms.
