Job Summary

Work Location: Makati City

Schedule: Dayshift (Hybrid setup)

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Human Resources Business Administration or any related field.
Minimum of 6 years hands-on experience in SAP HCM with deep expertise in the Payroll module.
Solid background in endtoend payroll implementation configuration and support across diverse projects.
Proven experience working on global SAP SuccessFactors deployments particularly Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
Strong practical knowledge of Point-to-Point (PTP) Integration and the Payroll Control Center (PCC).
Demonstrated experience in Cloud Payroll / SAP SuccessFactors ECP.
