Role Description
This is a full-time Desktop Support Engineer Level 2 role located on-site in Nové Zámky. The responsibilities include providing technical support diagnostics and troubleshooting for desktops printers and computer hardware. The role involves configuring installing and maintaining desktop computers attending to end-user issues and working efficiently to resolve hardware and software problems. Collaboration with the IT team and end-users to ensure smooth daily operations is also required.

Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Desktop Computers and Computer Hardware.
- Proficiency in Technical Support including Printer Support and associated tasks.
- Expertise in identifying and resolving issues through Troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems and office deployment is a plus.
- Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA Microsoft Certified Professional) are advantageous.
