Project Coordinator / Project Assistant / PMO Specialist (gn)
As a motivated autonomous and proactive individual you thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy taking ownership of your work. Your curious and hands-on mindset drives you to explore new solutions support projects effectively and make things happen. At Ideematec youll contribute to shaping the future of sustainable solar energy as our next Project Assistant combining initiative with purpose and impact.

Who you are:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Project Management or a related field or equivalent experience
- Experience: 25 years of experience in project coordination PMO operations or a similar role
- Skills: Strong organizational analytical and communication skills
- Tools: Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g. MS Project Smartsheet Jira Asana Power BI)
- Certificates: PMP CAPM or similar certification is a plus
- Language: English is a must have German a real advantage

- Project Coordination
- Support project managers in planning organizing and tracking project activities deliverables and timelines.
- Maintain detailed project documentation including plans schedules risk registers and status reports.
- PMO / Governance Support
- Consolidate and analyze project data for portfolio-level reporting and performance dashboards.
- Help maintain the project portfolio register and ensure accurate project status tracking.
- Provide administrative and analytical support to PMO leadership and cross-functional project teams.
- Support knowledge sharing and training initiatives related to project management practices.
