Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Lead to drive the design architecture and delivery of Dynamics solutions. This role combines technical leadership solution design and stakeholder management playing a key role in ensuring high-quality implementations aligned with business objectives.

Tasks

Lead end-to-end Dynamics 365 solution design from requirements analysis through implementation and go-live

Define the solution architecture ensuring scalability performance and alignment with enterprise standards

Act as the primary point of contact for business and senior stakeholders translating business needs into robust Dynamics solutions

Drive Dynamics 365 CE implementations including configuration customization and integrations

Provide technical and functional leadership to the delivery team ensuring best practices are followed

Manage and mentor Dynamics developers consultants and functional analysts

Oversee delivery planning estimates and risk management across Dynamics initiatives

Ensure solutions comply with security governance and quality standards

Collaborate closely with other architecture and platform teams to ensure system integration and alignment

Support continuous improvement and innovation within the Dynamics practice

Requirements

Proven experience in a Dynamics 365 Lead / Solution Architect / Technical Lead role

Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE (Sales Customer Service or related modules)

Demonstrated experience in solution design architecture definition and implementation

Strong stakeholder management skills including engagement with senior business and IT leaders

Experience leading and managing delivery teams including mentoring and performance oversight

Solid understanding of Dynamics 365 architecture integrations and customization capabilities

Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on involvement when needed

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Nice to Have

Microsoft Dynamics certifications

Experience in enterprise or large-scale Dynamics implementations

Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps Power Automate Power BI)

Experience working in agile delivery environments
