Responsibilities
- Provide obstetrical and gynecological care to patients
- Conduct routine examinations and screenings
- Diagnose and treat various womens health issues
- Manage prenatal intrapartum and postpartum care
- Perform surgical procedures as required
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Participate in patient education and counseling
Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree
- Current medical licensure in the state of practice
- Experience in obstetrics and gynecology is preferred
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Commitment to providing patient-centered care
- Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs and demands
Schedule: 24-hour call shifts 7 on/7 off
Annual Volume: 350 deliveries
Coverage for the ED and OB unit
Must be board-certified
Paid travel & expenses
