As a Locum Ob/Gyn you will play a crucial role in delivering comprehensive healthcare services to our patients. You will have the chance to work alongside experienced healthcare professionals while contributing to our mission of promoting womens health and wellness.
Responsibilities
- Provide obstetrical and gynecological care to patients
- Conduct routine examinations and screenings
- Diagnose and treat various womens health issues
- Manage prenatal intrapartum and postpartum care
- Perform surgical procedures as required
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Participate in patient education and counseling
Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree
- Current medical licensure in the state of practice
- Experience in obstetrics and gynecology is preferred
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Commitment to providing patient-centered care
- Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs and demands
Schedule: 24-hour call shifts 7 on/7 off
Annual Volume: 350 deliveries
Coverage for the ED and OB unit
Must be board-certified
Paid travel & expenses
