As a Locum CRNA you will play a critical role in ensuring patient safety and comfort during surgical procedures. You will work closely with surgeons and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional anesthesia services that align with our commitment to patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing surgical procedures
- Monitor patient vital signs and adjust anesthesia levels as necessary
- Collaborate with surgical teams to develop anesthesia care plans
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
- Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments for patients
- Provide post-anesthesia care and evaluate patient recovery
- Educate patients and their families about anesthesia procedures
- Stay current with advancements in anesthesiology practices
Requirements
- Current CRNA certification and state licensure
- Associate-level experience in anesthesiology
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Knowledge of anesthesia equipment and technology
- Commitment to maintaining patient safety and comfort
- Flexibility to adapt to varying surgical schedules and patient needs
Schedule: 7a-3:30p
No call or weekends
1 OR and 2 endo suites
Case Mix: OB endo orthopedics ENT general surgery and some pediatrics
Team Structure: 1 MD 3 CRNAs
Medically directed
Must be board-certified
Paid travel & expenses
