The Role

Youll work directly with me to architect the systems networks and platform that transform how we support portfolio companies at scale. This includes:

  • Building and activating our founder and investor networks
  • Owning LP communications and events
  • Turning our learnings into sharp content
  • Designing the internal systems that let us support founders at scale
  • Matchmaking portfolio companies with corporate partners who accelerate their growth

What Were Looking For

  • 5-7 years of experience; at least two as Chief of Staff strategic ops or similar rolesideally with VC PE or high-growth startup exposure
  • Systems thinker and builder who spots gaps and builds scalable solutions
  • Exceptional storyteller with strong marketing sensibilities
  • Based in San Francisco in-office 3 days/week
  • Available for occasional travel
