Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced HR Recruitment Manager for a fast-growing FMCG Company to lead end-to-end talent acquisition across sales marketing supply chain manufacturing and corporate roles. The role requires strong stakeholder management and high-volume hiring expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end recruitment for FMCG roles
Develop hiring strategies for bulk & lateral hiring
Manage recruitment budgets & vendor partners
Build strong talent pipelines & employer branding
Coordinate with business heads & leadership
Drive campus referral & lateral hiring initiatives
Track recruitment metrics & MIS reports
Ensure timely closures & quality of hires
Requirements
FMCG recruitment & bulk hiring experience
Talent acquisition strategy & workforce planning
Stakeholder & vendor management
Interviewing screening & selection
Recruitment analytics & MIS
ATS experience (Zoho Recruit preferred)
Strong communication & leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA / MSW in HR
Experience in FMCG / Consumer goods industry mandatory
