Job Summary

Technical management and supervision of the works

Provide technical expertise and advice to optimize the design and execution of the Doropo project.
Review analyze and validate engineering plans engineering plans and execution documents.
Plan organize and monitor construction activities in accordance with deadlines quality standards and project requirements.
Oversee the day-to-day operation of on-site construction work.

Quality Control Health Safety and Compliance

Carry out regular inspections of the site to ensure compliance with technical standards quality requirements and Health Safety and Environment (HSE) standards.
Identify assess risks related to construction activities and implement appropriate preventive measures.
Ensure compliance with construction procedures safety standards and internal company policies.

Stakeholder Coordination

Liaise with contractors suppliers subcontractors and other project stakeholders.
Negotiate with suppliers and contractors to obtain optimal technical and economic solutions.
Coordinate the interventions of the various trades to ensure a smooth execution of the work.

Resource management and reporting

Ensure the efficient and optimal use of materials equipment and human resources.
Keep accurate records of work progress technical changes and constraints encountered.
Produce regular reports on the progress of the site for the attention of the hierarchy.

Coaching and Leadership

Supervise mentor and instruct on-site construction teams.
Foster a high-performing disciplined and results-oriented work environment.
Develop the technical skills of the teams through local supervision.

Profil

Qualifications & Experience Skills:

Education:

Bachelors degree in engineering Civil Engineering Mining Engineering Industrial Engineering or any other related field.
Professional certifications in project management construction

Experiences:

Proven experience in managing and supervising construction projects ideally in the mining sector.
Previous experience on remote mine sites is a major asset.
Experience in planning site monitoring and coordination of subcontractors.
