We are seeking experienced FIFO Registered Nurses to join our team with previous mine site experience who are able to fly ex-PERTH for Adhoc Shutdown Short & Long Term Contracts. You will be required to ensure the health of employees and contractors through the delivery of professional health and medical services health promotion proactive injury management monitoring of occupational health functions and the delivery of expert advice and assistance on health and medical matters.
The Tasks Ahead
Provide safe effective and high-quality nursing care in line with professional standards
Ensure safety and emergency response equipment is routinely inspected maintained and serviceable in accordance with approved checklists
Act as the primary First Responder for workplace injuries and incidents providing immediate assessment and management
Maintain accurate timely and confidential clinical and operational documentation
Develop implement and promote safe work procedures actively contributing to a positive safety-first culture
Establish and maintain procedures that support environmentally responsible and sustainable operations
Communicate updates to systems processes and procedures clearly and effectively to all personnel
Conduct regular inspections of work areas and equipment to ensure compliance with safe operating practices
Participate in and where required facilitate incident investigations hazard identification and risk assessments
Key Requirements
- Bachelor of Nursing
- Current registration with AHPRA or Enrolled Nurse Qualification
- 18mths of mine site experience and be able to fly ex-PERTH Western Australia
- Collect Specimens for Drug of Abuse Testing Qualified
- First Aid & CPR
- Advanced Life Support (ALS)
- National Police Clearance
- C Class Drivers Licence
