Oscar Temple Talent Solutions is building a next-generation executive search and human capital advisory firm moving deliberately beyond transactional recruitment toward retained insight-led partnerships with senior leaders and institutions.
We are seeking an Associate Consultant with 23 years professional experience who is eager to build a long-term career in executive search and advisory work.
The Role
As an Associate Consultant you will:
- Support retained executive search assignments for senior management and leadership roles
- Conduct market research talent mapping and candidate assessment
- Assist with client briefs role definition and interview preparation
- Contribute to written outputs including candidate summaries and market insights
- Learn how to operate in board-level advisory-led engagements
This role is designed as a developmental pathway into senior advisory search work.

Requirements
What Were Looking For
- 23 years experience in consulting professional services banking HR research or recruitment
