Under the supervision of the Database Manager the LTS - Secretary will perform a variety of administrative and technical duties supporting Kindergarten Registration and enrollment operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and verify Kindergarten registration and enrollment forms with accuracy and attention to detail
Create and manage parent/guardian registration portal accounts
Collect review and maintain required enrollment documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
Communicate effectively with families via phone email and in person regarding registration status missing documentation and next steps
Enter update and maintain student records using PowerSchool SIS
Coordinate transportation-related data using Versatrans School Transportation software
Ensure data integrity confidentiality and compliance with applicable policies and regulations
Qualifications and Skills:
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated technical proficiency and comfort working with student information systems online portals and database-driven applications
Additional Requirements:
HOURS:Temporary19 hours a week - February - May
SALARY:$15-$20 an hour
