Sie sind bereit für den nächsten Karriereschritt und möchten in Ihrer neuen Rolle die Entwicklung des Weltmarktführers für Aufzüge und Fahrtreppen aktiv mitgestalten und vorantreiben
Als Serviceleiter halten Sie die Fäden in der Hand Sie koordinieren Wartungen Serviceaufträge Störungsbehebungen und Ihr Team und behalten dabei stets Kosten und Zeitpläne im Blick
Da Ihnen Kundenzufriedenheit besonders am Herzen liegt setzen Sie sich täglich für eine optimale Umsetzung unserer Aufträge ein und begeistern unsere Kunden mit individueller Betreuung
In Ihrer Funktion als Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden unseren Verkäufern und unserem Serviceteam nutzen Sie Ihre Gabe unterschiedliche Interessen unter einen Hut zu bringen
Ihr Team und dessen Sicherheit hat für Sie oberste Priorität darum geben Sie bei regelmäßigen Audits zur Überprüfung der Arbeitssicherheit wertvolle Inputs zur weiteren Verbesserung
IHRE TALENTE ZUM ERFOLG
Sie haben eine technische Ausbildung (z.B. Lehre Fachschule Werkmeister oder HTL) absolviert
Sie verfügen über mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung (Aufzugskenntnisse sind von Vorteil)
Sie überzeugen mit Ihrem unternehmerischen Denken und bringen das in Ihre tägliche Arbeit ein
Sie bringen eine hohe Affinität für Technik sowie für Mitarbeiterführung und Kundenbetreuung mit
Sie begeistern uns sowohl mit Ihrem Gestaltungswillen als auch Ihrem Teamgeist
Sie sind routiniert im Umgang mit den gängigsten MS Office Programmen
Als lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit bewahren Sie stets einen kühlen Kopf und punkten mit Ihrer analytischen Vorgehensweise bei Kunden und Kollegen
