DescriptionESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Coordinates and schedules all internal training for the property.
Administers reports and projects required for each department.
Collects/tracks/records guest comments from the Medallia platform.
Receives and handles vendors inquiries.
Receives incoming calls and determines nature of business and forwards them to the appropriate parties.
Collaborates with food and beverage team on menu creation and distribution.
Assists in preparation of annual capital budget.
Prepares and maintains purchase requisitions for ordering and capital expenses.
Attends department meetings records meeting notes and provides post meeting summaries to appropriate parties.
Works directly with Human Resources to provide support for all new hire onboarding and communication.
ADDITIONAL JOB DUTIES:
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- High school education and 2 years of administrative experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
- 2 years of food and beverage experience a plus but not required
- Must have proven skills in Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team.
